The purpose of the CITI Program Knowledge Base is to provide
support, resources, hints, tips and answers to frequently asked questions regarding the CITI Program.

Need additional assistance?- Use the "Live Chat" link in the menu to right to chat directly to a CITI Support technician. (limited availability during academic summer.)
- Call CITI Support at (305) 243-7970. Technician available 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (EST)
- Submit a ticket to CITI Support using the "Submit New Ticket" link in the menu. Tickets are answered in a queuing system based on query type and priority.
