The purpose of the CITI Program Knowledge Base is to provide support, resources, hints, tips and answers to frequently asked questions regarding the CITI Program.

Need additional assistance?


  • Use the "Live Chat" link in the menu to right to chat directly to a CITI Support technician during regular business hours.

  • Call CITI Support at (305) 243-7970. Technicians are available 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday (EST).

  • Submit a ticket to CITI Support using the "Submit New Ticket" link in the menu. Tickets are answered in a queuing system based on query type and priority. Normal response time is 2-3 business days.
