Can I remove an individual who is not affiliated with my institution?

It is the responsibility of the administrator to contact any individual who affiliates with their institution in error.

If the user does not abide to the request of the administrator to remove their affiliation the administrator can follow the steps below.:

From your administrators menu, locate the learner through the "member by a single profile" option, after opening the profile click on the link "Remove Affiliation" for your institution name.
