A new learner password retrieval feature will be implemented to improve the integrity and security of the CITI Program website. Soon learner passwords will no longer be available to CITI Program staff or institutional administrators. A new feature to email the learner their forgotten password will be put in place.
As an administrator you will be affected by this change and the instructions below should assist you in handling any learner request for a forgotten password.

Log in as an Institutional administrator.

1. 2. Click the link ‘Member profile for a single member’ and choose the learner account.

1. 3. The password is no longer visible. Use the Password Reset link to email the learner the tools to reset their forgotten password. NOTE: You will have the ability to update the member’s email address if needed before you send the reset password email.
