Learners will be asked to enter a Security Question and Security Answer upon log in.  This is a one time process and they will not be asked to enter or verify this information again unless they need to retrieve their username and/or password.

 The Security Question feature will allow learners to reset their passwords without intervention from the help desk. This will be of great benefit for the learners especially when they are unable to log in outside of CITI business hours.
