What email address is used for automated CITI communications?
CITI Program uses the email address citisupport@med.miami.edu for automated technical emails such as renewal reminders, newsletters, password retrieval, etc.
citiadmin@med.miami.edu is used for billing/financial related emails.
If you are not receiving the automated email first check your spam folder then contact your IT department to make sure citisupport@med.miami.edu and citiadmin@med.miami.edu are not being blocked.
