I did not receive a reminder that my course was about to expire.

CITI Program uses the email address citisupport@med.miami.edu for automated emails such as renewal reminders.

If you are not receiving the automated email first check your spam folder then contact your IT department to make sure citisupport@med.miami.edu is not being blocked.
